Refund & Return Policy

At MineFace, every creation is made uniquely for you — crafted from your custom Minecraft skin.
Because of that, all products are custom-made and non-refundable once production begins.

However, we proudly stand behind the quality of our work.
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, we’ll make it right — either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

To qualify:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

• You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

• We may request photos or videos to verify the issue before authorizing a return or replacement.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind, incorrect upload, or design errors caused by the user.

• Slight color differences caused by screen display or lighting (these are not considered defects).

• Orders still in transit or pending delivery confirmation.

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund within 5–10 business days.
