Each MineFace head is custom-built and carefully crafted before it reaches you.

Production & Processing

  • Production time: ≈15 days after confirming your design

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days

Delivery Times

  • United States (Commercial Express): 5–12 days

  • International (Large Parcel): 6–12 days

  • Delivery time is an estimate and may vary based on carrier or customs delays.

You will receive an email with your tracking link once your order ships.
If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 10 days, please reach out to us — we’ll help monitor your delivery.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by customs, natural events, or courier backlogs

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos so we can investigate and assist.
